Student Medications
All over-the-counter and prescription medications kept at school must be picked up by an authorized adult by the last day of school. Unclaimed student medications will be discarded. Parents must bring in new medication authorization forms each school year with their student’s medications. No medications will be accepted at your child’s school without the proper documentation. Student medication forms are available in the school office and on the school and district websites.
